HP ENVY Curved All-in-One PCs - Finding the Model Number

This document applies to HP ENVY Curved All-in-One PCs.
This document explains how to locate the serial number, product number, and model number for HP ENVY Curved All-in-One computers.
It is sometimes necessary to locate the serial number, product number, and model number of your computer. These numbers are listed on the product label for easy reference. To locate the numbers on the product label, use the following steps:
  1. Locate the pull-down tab on the bottom edge of the back side of the computer.

  2. Grasp the tab and pull down firmly until the product label is visible.

  3. Gently pull the product label tab toward the front side of the desktop.

  4. Continue to pull the product label tab until it is fully extended. The serial number, product number, and model number are listed on the product label.
